Overview

Our API endpoint is for creating batches of tickets on the store dashboard. It bypasses the built-in Last Yard product database and therefore may bypass certain on-change business rules the store has setup.

This endpoint relies on a ticket import mapping having been set up in the ticket importer. A mapping tells Last Yard which columns in the source sheet (a CSV or XLSX file) to map through to the destination template (e.g. “RRP” > “Price”).
